Tours and training

Our tours per year are easily counted on one hand, but when we “go out”, it’s usually a good thing. You think I am writing of a higher pace or even a few miles?

So much for the relativization:

Safety – is the most important to us all
Dealing with the “race management” – we try to keep the regulations and bids
Tempo – adaptable (with us no one is left in the lurch)
Day kilometers – mostly between 350 and 400 km (we also go early and use the day)
Breaks – are gladly made, not only for refueling and P *
